Minolta's Maxxum 7 arrived in 2000 as the brand's enthusiast flagship, and it was built like one: a shutter that runs to 1/8000, a 9-point autofocus system, and a large rear LCD that lays out every setting in plain language. This one comes as a ready-to-shoot kit, with a Tamron 28-200mm zoom that covers everything from wide street scenes to tight portraits, and Minolta's VC-7 vertical grip for a fuller hold and easy vertical framing.
